Right, this is the NEW ME! Im going to run every morning, Monday - Friday, of course, im not mental.

Its worth noting for history sake that we are currently on lockdown due to the Corona virus (COVID-19). Ive got into an unhealthy rut of drinking every night and my exercise has reduced dramatically.

Before lockdown i was semi active playing football twice a week (most weeks) and trying to get in one run a week. But if im truly honest, it was more like football once a week. certainly not enough. im T1 diabetic so keeping active is more important for me. Ive always had this idea in my head that i would gwt up early and run every morning bwfore work, but lets face it, that never happened.

It feels like now is the perfect opportunity to get into that routine, so now, no excuses, lets DO THIS!
